At New Republic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear or apparel isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once the items reach our warehouse.
